Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident shopping with us and standing behind every pair of gloves we send out. Please read the policy below carefully.

Returns – Incorrect Size

We accept returns only if the gloves are the wrong size, provided that:

  • The gloves are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The gloves show no signs of wear, training, or match use

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size-related returns. Once the returned gloves are received and inspected, we will offer:

  • An exchange for the correct size (subject to availability), or

  • A store credit for the value of the gloves

We recommend carefully checking our sizing guide before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.


Refunds – Faulty or Defective Products

If there is something wrong with the glove due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily assist.

This includes:

  • Defects in stitching

  • Faulty latex

  • Structural issues present on arrival

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed as a fault:

  • You will be offered a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping if required


What Is Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by use, training, or matches

  • Gloves damaged due to incorrect care or washing

  • Change of mind purchases
