We want you to be confident shopping with us and standing behind every pair of gloves we send out. Please read the policy below carefully.
Returns – Incorrect Size
We accept returns only if the gloves are the wrong size, provided that:

The gloves are unused, unworn, and in original condition

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

The gloves show no signs of wear, training, or match use
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size-related returns. Once the returned gloves are received and inspected, we will offer:

An exchange for the correct size (subject to availability), or

A store credit for the value of the gloves
We recommend carefully checking our sizing guide before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
Refunds – Faulty or Defective Products
If there is something wrong with the glove due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily assist.
This includes:

Defects in stitching

Faulty latex

Structural issues present on arrival
To request a refund or replacement:

What Is Not Accepted
